The Mariolopoulos - Kanaginis Foundation for the Environmental Sciences is co-organizing with the Culture Center (Pnevmatiki Estia) of Sparta (SE Peloponnese) a series of 8 monthly lectures on a number of topics related to the environment. The series of lectures are scheduled to be held the first Friday of the month starting in October 2011 through May 2012. The aim of the program is to disseminate and inform local communities on current issues of environmental concern.
