On 31 May – 2 June 2017 the European Space Sciences Committee (ESSC) coorganised with the MK Foundation its 53rd plenary meeting. The Committee operated through four dedicated panels, in the area of Earth sciences (ESP), astronomy and fundamental physics (AFP), solar system and exploration (SSEP) and life and physical sciences (LPSP).
